Jackie Hicken – our new Administrator We are delighted to introduce you to Jackie Hicken at Birmingham City University, who has taken on the role as our part-time Administrator following BCU’s appointment as our Secretariat Host. Jackie is a Project Administrator within the Business Engagement Team, providing support across the portfolio of programmes and activities at Birmingham City University Business School, following a varied and successful career in the financial sector. Jackie also has extensive project management, which promises to be very helpful in managing the multiple institutional and individual stakeholders in the Chapter. Her first priority is setting up financial and administrative systems for the Chapter within BCU’s operational structures, and then addressing a small backlog of claims that built up while the Chapter had no Secretariat over the late summer. Jackie looks forward to getting to know everyone involved in the Chapter. Her commitment to PRME is one day a week, but spread over Monday, Wednesday and Friday. PRME’s email address at BCU is PRME@bcu.ac.uk Great to have you on board, Jackie, we look forward to all your contributions to Chapter life! Webinars on Preparing for SIP 2.0  The process of PRME Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) reporting is changing.
