PRME Chapter UK & Ireland SIP Sessions & Resources

A central commitment of any institution participating in PRME is to share information with its stakeholders on the progress made in implementing the Seven Principles through an annual Sharing Information on Progress (SIP) report. The 2026 SIP reporting period opened on 1 March and will close on 30 September.

The UK & Ireland Chapter is committed to supporting members in developing their respective SIP reports.

The Chapter offers regular webinars to aid members in SIP preparation. Information on these will be shared via our mailing list and under the “Events" section of the website.​​

PRME Chapter UK & Ireland SIP Webinar Series 2026

PRME SIP Essentials for First Time Reporters (Tuesday 31 March 2026, 2-3.15pm)

This introductory session will provide a structured overview of the PRME SIP framework, reporting requirements, and timelines. Participants will be guided through core components of a SIP report and common pitfalls to avoid, enabling first-time reporters – or those simply wanting a refresh – to approach the process with clarity and confidence. In addition, the session will feature insights from Petros Vourvachis (Loughborough Business School), Co-Lead of “Reporting with Purpose”, a PRME Champions project which analysed the content of over 160 SIP reports and made recommendations on what makes for a “good” submission.

PRME SIP Reporting – Enhancing Quality and Reporting Practice (Wednesday 29 April 2026, 10-11am GMT)

This session will examine practical strategies for strengthening PRME SIP reporting. Drawing on the experience of established reporters, it will highlight good practice in evidencing impact, ensuring consistency, and developing strong qualitative narratives and quantitative indicators. The webinar will feature presentations from individuals with extensive experience of delivering high-quality, impactful reports, namely:

PRME SIP Reporting – Promoting Stakeholder Engagement and Voice (TBC May 2026)

This session will focus on approaches to meaningfully engage internal and external stakeholders in the SIP process, including students, faculty, professional services staff, and external partners. It will explore methods for capturing stakeholder perspectives and integrating them into reporting to enhance transparency, accountability, and relevance. The webinar will include presentations from two experienced reporters who have effectively engaged diverse stakeholders and incorporated their perspectives into the SIP reporting process.
