Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of responsible leaders? Do you believe in moving beyond traditional methods to foster truly impactful skills? If so, we have exciting news for you!

The PRME i5 ExPeG Europe network is delighted to announce an extended deadline for submissions to our dedicated PRME i5 track at the 12th Responsible Management Education Research (RMER) Conference. You now have until 15th July 2025 to share your insights and research!

This year, the RMER Conference will be hosted by the University of Belgrade, Serbia, from 21st to 23rd October 2025. It's an unmissable opportunity to connect with fellow educators, researchers, and practitioners who are committed to advancing responsible management education globally.

Our Track Theme: PRME i5: Transformative Pedagogies for Responsible Leadership: Fostering Holistic Skills for Global Challenges

In an era defined by complex global challenges, the need for responsible and agile leaders is more pressing than ever. Our track delves into innovative pedagogical approaches that go beyond the conventional, aiming to cultivate truly holistic leadership skills. This means embracing the full spectrum of human capabilities: cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and creative.

The PRME i5 (Impactful Five) framework provides a powerful lens for this exploration. It champions learning experiences that are playful, engaging, and interdisciplinary, encouraging students to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. We believe that by moving past a purely cognition-focused business education, we can empower students to become purpose-driven leaders ready to tackle real-world issues.

We are particularly keen to receive papers that:

  • Apply or reflect on the PRME i5 framework in a practical or theoretical context.

  • Showcase transformative, student-centred pedagogy that inspires and empowers.

  • Connect learning to real-world issues through authentic assessment methods.

  • Encourage personal values and purpose-driven leadership, helping students find their 'why'.

This conference is a collaborative effort, co-organised by the PRME Anti-Poverty Working Group and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. This partnership highlights the conference's commitment to addressing critical global issues through education.

Don't Miss Out!

This is your final chance to contribute to this vital conversation and share your expertise with a global audience. For full submission details, please visit: https://rmerc.fon.bg.ac.rs/submission-and-review-process/
