Students sit attentively in a lecture hall with wooden panels and gray curtains. They're taking notes, creating a focused atmosphere.

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2025.2 cycle of PRME Student Regional Leaders!

This is a fantastic opportunity for all PRME students to take on a unique leadership role, driving student engagement, fostering regional collaboration, and making a real local impact within the extensive PRME network.

The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is a United Nations-supported initiative, founded in 2007, dedicated to elevating the profile of sustainability in business and management education through its Seven Principles. PRME's mission is to equip future leaders with the skills needed to balance economic, environmental, and social goals, whilst drawing attention to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Recognising the immense potential of over 3 million students across its Signatory Members, PRME established the PRME Students community (formerly known as PRME Global Students or PGS). This global platform is designed to channel student energy towards meaningful change and empower the next generation of responsible leaders. PRME Students advances PRME's mission to transform management education by fostering creative collaboration, collective reflection, and joyful exchange among student organisations. This vibrant community strengthens local and global connections across the university ecosystem, enabling students to drive sustainable development and amplify collective impact for the SDGs.

Currently, PRME Students actively engages over 500 student organisations worldwide.

As a PRME Student Regional Leader, you will play a crucial part in this mission. The role is a one-year volunteering mandate, under the supervision of the Coordinator of Programmes & Engagement at the PRME Secretariat. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging student-run organisations at PRME Signatory Members, representing PRME at panels and conferences, organising student engagement events, and fostering relationships with PRME Chapters and Working Groups. You will also serve as an advocate for responsible management education and sustainable development in your region and contribute to PRME global communications.

We encourage all eligible students to consider this impactful opportunity. The ideal candidate will have an awareness and understanding of PRME and PRME Students, with academic or professional interests in responsible management, corporate social responsibility, and the SDGs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are essential. Leadership experience with sustainability-oriented student organisations is desirable , and fluency in English is required. Applicants must be currently enrolled students (undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D.) from universities or institutions that are members of PRME.
